Real Talk just released their new e.p. Arrivals via Anchor Eighty Four and I had the privilege to listen and review this record for our zine.
The record contains four songs of melodic punkrock/pop punk with a lot of melody, eager to make your day better or worse, depending the mood you are in hehe. The first song I Can´t Help But Notice, somehow takes you to the sunny days of Summer, running all night with your crew, feeling the warm breeze on your face and listening to the ocean waves, thinking you are able to conquer the world with your friends and wishing to stay so forever. The second song Bury Me Easy is one of my favorites on this record, somehow being grittier, more compactly hitting my face and ears with nice jump along and singalong chorus. The title song is a nice song whose melody stays long in your ears and head afterwards the listening to the record. The song of the record is the last one, Temporary, which just made me listen to it over and over again. I am not ready for pop punk everyday. But, when I want to listen to some, this record will always be one of my favorites.
